More than 80 artist booths. Raku firing & demonstrations by Dew Claw Studios. Glaze and fire a pre-made, pre-purchased bowl. Live demo of flame-worked & blown-glass pendants by Dichroic Fusion.

Local glass artist for the past four years, Henry C. Duquette, will be giving live demonstrations of his flameworked and blown glass pendants throughout the day. As part of the demonstration, Henry will show how to make a pendant by melting Pyrex glass and with the use of color glass rods, will add different designs, such as flowers, into the glass pendant. Using different techniques, you will see the various possible design outcomes. The demonstration will be set up adjacent to our booth, which displays both the flameworked and blown glass pendants as well as Dichroic fused glass pendants. The selection is diverse, with over 1,200 pendants to choose from. All pendants are one of a kind and autographed on the back.

Dew Claw Studios will provide an instructional and interactive raku firing (pottery) display. Purchase a bisque fired tea bowl, glaze it on site with the help and guidance of local ceramic artists, and get it fired while they watch. Participants enjoy taking home their very own piece of pottery, complete with the story of how it was fired.
